Return Policy

We care about your satisfaction. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re committed to resolving it quickly and fairly. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery.
  • Applicable if:
    • You received the wrong model or kVA rating.
    • There’s a manufacturing defect reported within 7 days.
  • The product must be unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging with all original documents and accessories.

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Products that have been used, installed or filled with fuel.
  • Custom-built or special-order gensets.
  • Return requests made after 7 days from the date of delivery.

Warranty Coverage

  • All generators come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in engine and alternator.
  • The warranty does not cover misuse, overload, poor maintenance or improper installation.
  • Issues covered under warranty will be resolved through repair or replacement after inspection.

Refund Process

  • Approved returns will be inspected upon receipt.
  • Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or via bank transfer.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
