Shipping Policy

At Ambal Green Power, we understand the importance of timely and secure delivery when it comes to industrial and commercial equipment like diesel generators. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure transparency, reliability and peace of mind at every stage.

Shipping Coverage

  • We deliver to all states and union territories across India.
  • Free shipping is available for orders above 30kVA within Tamil Nadu.
  • For other regions, shipping charges are calculated based on location, generator capacity and accessibility.
  • Delivery to North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, Andaman & Nicobar or other high-logistics zones may include additional handling fees, which will be communicated in advance.

Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

  • Once your payment is confirmed, the product is typically dispatched within 3–5 working days.
  • Delivery estimates:
    • Tamil Nadu: 3–5 days
    • South/Central India: 5–8 days
    • North/North-East/Islands: 7–14 days
  • For urgent requirements, priority shipping or door-to-site delivery can be arranged at additional cost.
  • Tracking information and dispatch confirmation are shared via email or WhatsApp for complete visibility.

Packaging & Safe Handling

  • All gensets are carefully packed using industrial-grade materials to ensure safety during transit.
  • Packaging includes anti-rust coating, wooden crates and metal straps for large gensets.
  • Heavy machines are shipped on pallets and prepared for forklift unloading.
  • For capacities above 62.5kVA, we coordinate with the client on crane unloading or manual labor if needed.

Shipment Damage Protocol

  • We perform pre-dispatch visual and mechanical inspection before packaging.
  • If package appears damaged:
  • We will coordinate pickup, replacement or resolution based on case evaluation. Rest assured, we stand by the safe delivery of every unit.
